Financial Planning Services
Consultation Services
- Initial consultations that are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be fully refunded
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded
- If we cancel a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at your convenience
Financial Planning Packages
- If you are dissatisfied with our services, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of service delivery
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed
- No refunds will be issued after financial plans have been delivered and reviewed
Digital Products and Calculators
Premium Calculator Access
- 3-day satisfaction guarantee for premium calculator subscriptions
- Refunds must be requested within 3 days of purchase
- No refunds will be issued after the 3-day period
- Refunds do not apply to data already processed or reports generated
Educational Materials
- Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
- If technical issues prevent access to digital products, contact our support team for assistance or a refund
Investment Management Services
Asset Management Fees
- Management fees are charged in arrears and therefore are not subject to refund
- If services are terminated mid-period, fees will be prorated to the date of termination
- Any prepaid fees will be refunded on a prorated basis
